Brasserie Colette Tim Raue is a brasserie concept that originated as part of the Tertianum Premium Residences in Berlin, Munich and Constance and was conceived by Berlin star chef Tim Raue. The focus of the three restaurants is on classic brasserie cuisine, whose aromatics and presentation, however, bear the typical Tim Raue signature and thus correspond to the current zeitgeist. The interior design continues the culinary concept: classic brasserie elements such as antique mirrors, marble tables and mosaic floors are combined with modern design elements such as green leather upholstery and black-stained wooden parquet flooring.
