From the evening of January 7th, our guests will be able to choose from the updated menu, which will include Colette classics such as prawn marocain with pistachio, rose & lychee as well as exciting new creations such as Beef fillet »Café de paris« with duck liver croissant & borretane onion. With winter just around the corner, we cordially invite you to our brasserie to enjoy the cozy season to the fullest. Our lunch menu presents our three wintry menus in a lighter lunch version: the “Colette Classique Menu” and the “Colette Vegan Menu”, each with three courses, and “La selection de Tim Raue” with four. Each menu takes you on a culinary journey through France, inspired by the flavors of winter. Of course, you can also continue to choose à la carte from our regular menu as you wish.

Enjoy a richly laid table full of French delicacies for lunch from Monday to Saturday, 12 noon - 2.30pm. We start with five small starters and a main course, which we serve simultaneously and take you on a culinary journey through France. This is followed by a delicious dessert. The place of our classic menu »Colette Classique« has once again been taken by the »Beef Wellington Menu« for 2 people on our current card: In this extraordinary 4-course menu, a fillet of beef Wellington with truffle duxelle & port wine jus awaits you as the main course. Before that, try the prawn marocain with rose & lychee, followed by our popular pulpo with veal head jus, Jerusalem artichoke, lettuce & pear - and for dessert, a delicious tarte au chocolate et caramel awaits.
