From the evening of July 3th, our guests will be able to choose from the updated menu, which will include Colette classics such as pulpo with veal head jus as well as exciting new creations such as wagyu sirloin steak with porcini mushroom, bone marrow and parsley. The place of our classic menu »Colette Classique« has once again been taken by the »Beef Wellington Menu« for 2 people on our current card: In this extraordinary 4-course menu, a fillet of beef Wellington with truffle duxelle & port wine jus awaits you as the main course. Before that, try the prawn marocain with rose & lychee, followed by our popular pulpo with veal head jus, Jerusalem artichoke & pear - and for dessert, a delicious chocolate mousse awaits.
