The place of our classic menu "Colette Classique" has temporarily been taken by a new menu for 2 people on our current menu: In this extraordinary 4-course menu, a fillet of beef Wellington with morel duxelle & port wine jus awaits you as the main course. Before that, try the prawn Marocai with rose & lychee, followed by our popular pulpo with veal head jus, Jerusalem artichoke & pear - and delicious macarons for dessert.
