From the evening of October 10th, our guests can choose from the updated menu, on which they will then find exciting new creations such as the Fondue fromage parisienne with vacherin & escabeche vegetables alongside Colette Classics such as pulpo with calf's head jus. And it's not just the à la carte offerings that have something new to discover: Since April, we offer three menu options that will change every three months.
