From the evening of July 07th, our guests can choose from the updated menu, on which they will then find exciting new creations such as Tuna »Niçoise« with artichoke, green beans & anchovy mayonnaise alongside Colette classics such as pulpo with calf's head jus. And it's not just the à la carte offerings that have something new to discover: Started in April, we offer three menu options that will change every three months.
