From July 4th, our guests can choose from the updated menu, on which they will then find exciting new creations such as Tuna »Niçoise« with artichoke, green beans & anchovy mayonnaise alongside Colette classics such as pulpo with calf's head jus. And it's not just the à la carte offerings that have something new to discover: Started in April, we will offer three menu options that will change every three months.
