Discover our fine interpretation of the classic brasserie, which clearly shows the culinary signature of name and concept creator Tim Raue: Whether boeuf bourguignon, steak frites or prawn marocain, each of our diverse dishes plays with its twist of sweetness, acidity and spiciness.
The Brasserie Colette in the Klenzestraße goes from 04 July to 02 August in a short summer break.
From August 03, we are back Wednesdays to Sundays from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm for you.
