This Accessibility Statement applies to the website www.brasseriecolette.de.
CUK Gastronomie Betriebsgesellschaft mbH strives to make the website www.brasseriecolette.de accessible to all users. The legal basis for this is the German Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) in their currently valid versions.
We have had this website tested in the form of a WCAG self-assessment. The WCAG test is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 of 5 June 2018.
A website is considered WCAG-compliant if it meets all the success criteria of Level AA of WCAG 2.1.
All pages selected for testing are fully compliant with WCAG.
The testing agency selected 5 representative pages for testing. Quote from the testing agency: "According to WCAG, compliance can only be determined for individual pages. In order to make a statement about the conformity of the entire website, all individual web pages belonging to the website would have to be tested. This is not practical for large websites. However, testing a representative selection of pages, i.e. a selection of pages that covers as many potential barriers as possible, allows conclusions to be drawn about the accessibility of the website as a whole."
This statement was created on 22 December 2022.

Arbitration procedure
The Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Disabled Persons has an arbitration board in accordance with Section 16 of the Disability Equality Act. The conciliation office has the task of resolving conflicts between people with disabilities and federal public authorities.
You can contact the conciliation office if you are not satisfied with the responses you receive from the above contact option. The aim is not to find winners or losers. Rather, the aim is to find a solution to a problem together and out of court with the help of the conciliation office.
The conciliation procedure is free of charge. You do not need legal assistance.
You can find all the information you need about the conciliation procedure on the conciliation board's website. There you can read about how a conciliation procedure works and how to apply for conciliation. You can also submit your application in easy language or in German sign language.
