Discover our modern interpretation of French cuisine. In our restaurant, you can enjoy our popular Colette classics. You are welcome to order each course individually from the menu or put together your own customized 4-course menu!

Our new menu

Starting September 24, you can create your own 4-course menu à la carte at Brasserie Colette Tim Raue – full of seasonal discoveries, classic Colette favorites, and the usual Tim Raue twist of sweetness, sourness, and spiciness.

The best part: no matter which combination you choose, we always* offer the menu for a fixed price of €99 – or €88 if you order a purely vegan combination.

If you don't want a menu, but only a specific dish, the price listed applies.

(*The only exception: if the Beef Wellington fillet is chosen as the main course, the price increases to €109 per person. Due to its special preparation, the Beef Wellington fillet can only be selected if two people order it.)

Tapas Variation in der Brasserie Colette

Enjoy a lavishly set table full of French delicacies for lunch from Monday through Friday (except on holidays) from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM. The meal begins with five small appetizers and a main course, which we serve all at once to take you on a culinary journey through France. The meal concludes with a delicious dessert.

Of course, you can also continue to choose à la carte from our regular menu as you please. And starting 21st of September you can look forward to the next “la table dressée” lunch featuring new delicacies — for €37 per person.
