Discover our modern interpretation of French cuisine. In our restaurant, you can enjoy our popular Colette classics. You are welcome to order each course individually from the menu or put together your own customized 4-course menu! We offer a separate menu for lunch.

Our new menu

Now at Brasserie Colette Tim Raue, you can create your own 4-course menu for lunch or dinner from the à la carte selection – featuring seasonal discoveries, classic Colette favorites, and Tim Raue’s signature twist of sweetness, acidity, and spice.

The special highlight: No matter which combination you choose, we always offer the menu* at a fixed price of €99 per person – or €88 per person if you select a fully vegan menu.

If you prefer to order only a specific dish instead of a full menu, the individual price listed for that dish will apply.

*The only exception is if you choose the Beef Wellington fillet as your main course. In that case, the menu price increases to €109 per person. Due to its special preparation, the Beef Wellington fillet can only be ordered if two guests choose it.
